1.Pricing and Availability
Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in Euros. All prices are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges. Prices of goods on the website may differ from prices in stores. Glamazons acceptance of the user’s offer to purchase Glamazons goods is subject to their availability. Glamazons acknowledgement of an order via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If Glamazons is unable to deliver the goods, Glamazons will inform the user as quickly as possible and a full refund will be given.
1.Orders should arrive within 2-10 workdays depending on the delivery method you have selected, after Glamazons has received payment, but may vary depending on the destination. Delivery time is used as a guideline and Glamazons is not responsible for factors beyond its control or any delays of Customer’s package during delivery. All products are sent via courier to the place indicated in the field “Delivery” on the customer’s order. Pick up of products from the head offices of Glamazons is 114, Achilleos str., 17563, Athens, Greece. Deliveries are made daily, except Saturday, Sunday, holidays and days of general strikes.

Packaging and shipping charges are calculated according the courier company price list and may vary.
1.Lost or Damaged Item
Glamazons will provide upon request the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company if needed. Once this information is provided to the customer, it is his/her responsibility to contact and deal with the shipping company. Glamazons does not assume any responsibility for lost packages.
1.Glamazons offers payment by credit or debit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express) and Paypal. However, Glamazons reserves the right to offer less than its full range of payment options.
2.Invoices, order breakdowns and vouchers shall be provided in electronic form only.
3.If the user pays by card, his/her card will be charged on the date his/her Order is dispatched.
1.Cancellation by Glamazons
1.Glamazons reserves the right to cancel the order in case of the following:
1.insufficient stock to fulfil the user’s order,
2.difficulty to obtain payment,
3.not delivering to the user’s area,
4.a product fault or an error in the product description has been identified,
5.the product is not available for any reason.
In the above cases, Glamazons will notify the user and return any payment that he/she has made.
1.Glamazons will refund any money received from the user, using the same method originally used by the user to pay for the product. There is always a possibility the ordered item(s) appearing available to be sold out in desired sizing and/or coloring. In this case, Glamazons refunds customer’s money.
Glamazons uses Encryption Software to protect user’s personal data. The deciphering of user’s personal data is extremely strong and practically inviolable. Glamazons uses “Paypal” and “Piraeus Pay Centre Redirection” payment gateways in order to protect the personal data.
If the customer is not satisfied for any reason, he/she can return the product within 14 days and exchange it with another product of his/her choice. Glamazons does not refund customer’s order in case of return. In the case of returning a product, that is not damaged or soiled, the shipping cost is paid by the customer, who can select the courier company of its preference. The customer is entirely responsible for the consignment of return. The products must be unused and in their initial package with labels that are attached to them. Glamazons does not accept returns in case the goods are damaged or soiled. The shoes should be tested only in an area that is carpeted and they are only returned in their original package.
